Who we are
A full-service law firm in India with an international outlook
International Trade Law Consultants has developed a specialised practice focused on international trade law and its related areas, while maintaining a broader corporate and commercial practice. Its work encompasses legal advice, regulatory matters, commercial transactions and dispute resolution for clients operating in India and across international markets.
The firm has its principal office in New Delhi, associate offices across the country and professional alliances with foreign law firms. This network enables it to assist clients on matters extending across jurisdictions and to coordinate legal strategies where domestic and international legal considerations intersect.
It brings together a multidisciplinary team of lawyers and in-house professionals, including Chartered Accountants and a Cost Accountant. Matters can therefore be examined from legal, commercial, financial and corporate perspectives, particularly where complex business transactions or regulatory issues are involved.

An integrated approach
Many complex matters involve several areas of law at the same time. A cross-border transaction may involve trade finance, customs, commercial agreements, shipping, foreign investment and arbitration, while a corporate dispute may involve regulatory, contractual, intellectual-property or insolvency issues.
Our practice is structured to bring together the relevant areas of expertise and develop a coordinated legal strategy around the matter as a whole. The objective is a strategy that considers not only the immediate issue, but also the wider commercial, regulatory and procedural consequences of the matter.
One Matter. Multiple Legal Dimensions.
One Coordinated Approach.
