We advise companies and businesses on corporate and company-law matters throughout the life of a corporate entity. Our practice extends from formation and structuring through corporate transactions, restructuring, winding-up and related litigation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our work includes formation of companies, mergers, acquisitions and amalgamations<\/strong>, together with matters arising from corporate restructuring and winding-up. We assist clients in considering the legal structure of a transaction, the documentation required and the corporate and procedural requirements associated with implementation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Corporate transactions frequently involve broader commercial and regulatory considerations. We therefore consider company-law questions alongside contractual, regulatory and dispute-resolution issues where the circumstances require a coordinated approach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We also represent clients in litigation arising from company-law matters, including proceedings before the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT)<\/strong> and the courts. Where a corporate dispute intersects with commercial contracts or other contentious matters, we integrate the corporate and dispute-resolution aspects into the overall strategy.<\/p>\n\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
